Stack-based buffer overflow, Incorrect bitwise shift of integer vulnerability in Apache Thrift C++ THeaderProtocol.

This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0.

Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue.
